Downgrade els-nx9 from 182 to 131 for gms

Hi all,

my current system:
Model: ELS-NX9
build number: 10.1.0.182 (c636e8r4p1)

i downloaded a 114 version for my phone with correct cust, although updating via USB method (power up, power button, dload) got the update stuck at 5% and then after a while the phone just restarted withouth any downgading.

does anyone has:
1) a solution for the getting stuck at 5% while flashing dload file via usb?
or
2) a download link to a 131 version that should work??
